Campus Reservation System

Welcome to the online reservation page for the University City Main Campus.
Please feel free to browse availability of the general use spaces reserved through the 
Event & Conference Services Office by using the BROWSE feature of this site.
To make a formal reservation request, requestors must first login.

 Recognized Student Organizations


All recognized undergraduate and joint undergraduate/graduate student organizations, must submit your request for space through the DragonLink Event Form.

For all recognized Graduate student organization, please submit the General Reservation Request Form [PDF].  

 If you have not been granted a user account to the Campus Reservation System and would like to submit a request for space, you may do so by using the General Reservation Request Form [PDF]

If you are a university employee or faculty and require a user account for the Campus Reservation System, please attend a Campus Reservation System workshop.
